Coastal Ebike Company of Carolina Beach, NC. is more than just a store; we are your local, Bicycle, Electric Bike, Electric Trike, & Electric Dirt Bike service center. Our service center is capable of routine maintenance to complex repairs, we have the expertise to keep your electric bike or bicycle running smoothly!
We offer a full range of services, from testing your battery’s performance to fixing major electrical issues. We also carry a wide selection of tubes, tires, replacement parts and accessories so that we can keep your Electric Bike & Bicycle running smoothly!
Annual tune up for bicycles and ebikes.
Brake service including hydraulic brakes.
Complete hydraulic brake upgrades.
Tube and/or tire replacement.
Chain Replacement.
Cable replacements.
Derailleur replacements.
Custom upgrades. We are able to do custom upgrades. Please call to discuss your upgrade and we can get a plan put together.
Electric Bike trouble shooting. Call to speak with us if your ebike is not running at all. There are some brands that we do not service the electrical system on. This is only due to the inability to get parts for some brands of ebikes.
How It Works:
1.) Schedule an Appointment: Call 910-707-3031 or email service@coastalebikeco.com
2.) Drop Your Bike Off: Simply drop your Bike off at the store and we will take care of the rest.
3.) Ride On: Pick up your freshly serviced Bike and hit the road ready for new adventures!
